I was able to play the game including its DLCs on the PC (Microsoft Store) version, but the DLCs aren't showing up in the Xbox version.

  1. You must download the DLCs independently for both Microsoft Store and Xbox versions.
  2. Also, please note the following differences between DLC licenses between the Microsoft Store and Xbox versions.
Xbox: The account you are playing on must have the DLC entitlement on it. For example, even if another account saved on the same console has the entitlement, you will not be able to play DLC unless the account you are currently playing with has the entitlement.
Microsoft Store: There are cases where you can play the DLC contents even if the account you are playing on does not have the DLC entitlement. For example, if User A who has acquired all entitlements, including DLC, exists on the same PC, User B who does not have the entitlements can also play the DLC.
