If your game crashes, please try the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds while the system is on to turn off your console
- Unplug the Xbox power cable from the back of the console
- After waiting 10 seconds, plug the power cable back onto the console
- Press the power button on the front of the console and start the game again
If you continue to have issues please try these additional steps:
- Navigate to "My games & apps" from the Xbox Home screen
- Highlight the game from your game library
- Press the menu button on the controller
- Select "Uninstall all" as this will remove the game and any addons from your console
- Once completed, insert the disc to reinstall the game
