HITMAN 3 can be played in VR on the PlayStation®4 version of the game and, as of 20 January, 2022, on all PC platforms that the game is available on. If you purchased a physical copy of the PlayStation®5 version, your box will include an additional leaflet with a code for you to redeem to get access to the PlayStation®4 version in order to play the VR version.
To access it, redeem the code on the leaflet on your PSN account, start the game and navigate to the Store menu in-game where you will find a link to the free HITMAN 3 PlayStation®4 version.
