Is my trophy data transferred when I carry over save data from the PlayStation?4 version to PlayStation?5 version?

Trophies cannot be carried over. In order to reacquire them on the PlayStation®5 version, please take the steps below.
- Complete any of the quests.
- Go to The Temple of Recollection.
