Yes. Save data from the demo can be transferred to the full game, allowing you to continue your progress from where you left off.
Please note that character levels and other progression values available in the full game may exceed the limits imposed in the demo. Any EXP earned after reaching a level cap or progression limit in the demo is not stored and will not be carried over to the full game.
Demo save data can only be transferred if no save data for the full game already exists. Once you have transferred your demo save data and created full-game save data, any additional progress made in the demo cannot be transferred. If you would like to transfer updated demo save data, you must first delete the existing full-game save data from your system's Home Menu before performing the transfer again.
On Steam Deck, save data is transferred from the demo to the full game via Steam Cloud. To ensure your save data transfers correctly, confirm that Cloud Save Data is enabled for both the demo and the full game under:
Settings > General > Cloud Save Data
When demo save data is transferred to the full game, any trophies or achievements that can be earned within Chapter 1 will be unlocked automatically based on your progress in the demo.
