If a Legendary item has disappeared from your inventory, first make sure that it has not been moved to the Stash.
If the inventory on your current character is full, items will automatically be moved into your Stash, which is a shared inventory that all your characters can access after completing the prologue of the game. The Stash can be accessed from the camps.
If you’ve checked your Stash, have enough available space and the item isn’t there either, we can investigate further, as long as your game is linked to a SQUARE ENIX Members account.

Please note that if both your inventory and your Stash are full, the game will auto-dismantle any loot that you pick up. If the loot has been dismantled, we will unfortunately not be able to assist you.
Similarly, if you’ve dismantled or sold the item by mistake, unfortunately we will not be able to assist you.
