I can't retrieve my Save Data Bonus Campaign Reward items from the Tavern, even though I have the eligible save data.

You must open the “Bonuses” screen from the title screen at least once. Check for a tick mark next to the relevant title, then try retrieving your bonus items from the Tavern.
