To change the e-mail address registered on your Square Enix Members account, contact us by clicking the CONTACT SUPPORT button at the bottom right of this page. If you are able to log into your account, please do so first.
Please select the option “Square Enix Members”. In the “Reason for Contact” dropdown, select “Email Change” to display the relevant fields and provide the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your date of birth
- Your account nickname
- The current e-mail address on the account
- The new e-mail address you would like to use
