To change the e-mail address registered on your Square Enix Members account, contact us by clicking on the CONTACT US button in the top right-hand corner of this page. If you are able to log into your account, please do so first.
Please then select ‘Assistance with my Store Account’ as a Reason for Contact and provide the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your date of birth
- Your account nickname
- The current e-mail address on the account
- The new e-mail address you would like to use
