It was particularly important for a game called Life is Strange: True Colors, based around viewing and interacting with colored auras, to support players with Color Vision Deficiency.
To that end, the game includes adjustable filters, found in the Accessibility settings, for:
• Deuteranopia (to make greens more distinguishable from reds)
• Protanopia (to make reds more distinguishable from greens)
• Tritanopia (to make blues more distinguishable from yellows)
You can see examples of all four emotional auras as you make your Color Filter selection, and can adjust the strength of each filter to suit your preferences. The filters can also be adjusted from the Settings menu at any time during the game.
