Software (Physical storage media)
If the physical software is found to be defective within 90 days of the original purchase, we agree to replace, free of charge, the applicable defective software, upon our receipt of the software (postage paid, with proof of the date of purchase) so long as the software is still being manufactured by us.
If the software is no longer available, we retain the right to substitute similar goods of equal or greater value. This warranty is not applicable to normal wear and tear and shall not apply if the claimed defect arises through abuse, misuse, mistreatment, or neglect.
Physical Goods (Merchandise, books, apparel, music)
If you have purchased physical products from our store (excluding software) and the product has arrived damaged, please immediately contact your package carrier for resolution of damages due to shipping and handling.
If you have purchased physical products from our store and the product contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us no later than 3 days after delivery of your package, with proof of purchase and claimed damages, and our team will explore warranty replacement options available to you.
