A pre-order is an order you place prior to the official release of a product, to ensure that you will receive the product upon its release.
Placing a pre-order is similar to a normal order. Add the pre-order product to your basket and proceed through the checkout, enter your shipping and payment details as normal and submit them. You will be charged immediately for your pre-order and will receive an email to confirm your order.
If you don't receive an email as expected please check your Spam/Promotions folder. If you placed the order while being logged into your Square Enix Members account, you can see the details within the Orders section of your account.
When the item you pre-ordered is shipped, you will receive another email notification informing you of this.
