A pre-order can be cancelled as long as it hasn’t entered the shipping process.
To cancel a pre-order that you placed while logged in, follow these steps:
- Log into the account with which you placed the pre-order.
- Click on your username in the top right corner and select “Orders” from the drop-down menu.
- Find the pre-order you wish to cancel and select “Order Details”.
- If your order is eligible, you’ll see a “Cancel Order” button on the right-hand side.
- Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up (please note the operation cannot be reversed!).
- Your order will be cancelled within 3 working days. You will receive a notification once it has been cancelled.
- The refund for the order will be processed after the cancellation. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed and the funds should then appear in your account within 5 working days.
If your pre-order does not have a “Cancel Order” button available or if you placed your pre-order as a guest, please contact customer support by clicking on “Contact Us” in the top right corner.
Please note that we will not be able to cancel pre-orders which have entered the shipping process or have already been delivered.
