If you want to permanently delete your Square Enix Members Account, please contact us by clicking on CONTACT US in the top right-hand corner of this page and state that you wish to delete your account. If possible, please log into the account you wish to delete before contacting us.
If you are unable to log into the Square Enix Members account you wish to delete, please make sure to provide the following information:
- Your first and last name
- The e-mail address registered on the account
- The username of the account
- Your date of birth
Please note that after deleting your Square Enix Members account, you will no longer be able to access any bonus content that is linked to it, such as soundtracks or bonus items codes for specific games.
After the deletion is processed, residual data about your Square Enix Members account will be kept for 30 days, after which it is fully deleted from our database and we will not be able to restore the account.
Please note that once you’ve submitted the request we may not be able to stop the deletion process, so be sure to only submit a request if you’re absolutely certain about having your account deleted.
