If you pre-ordered the game from another retailer, please contact the retailer/shop you bought the game from.
Code registration is not necessary for PlayStation®5/PlayStation®4, XBOX Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and purchases made directly on the Mog Station. Early Access and Pre-order Bonus Items will have been automatically added to your account at the time you pre-ordered the game.
Please note:
- This is a unique code and can only be redeemed once per service account.
- This code will only work on European Square Enix accounts.
- This code is valid until December 31, 2027 after which it will no longer be possible to redeem.
- There is no code contained within the physical Collector’s Box. The Pre-order Code will be sent to you separately.
