To redeem your Pre-order Bonus Items and join Early Access for FFXIV: Evercold, please review the instructions in this article.
Please note that the Pre-order Bonus code is valid until December 31, 2027, after which it will no longer be possible to redeem.
Please note that the Pre-order Bonus Items will be delivered sequentially in-game to users via the Moogle Delivery Service. The timing of this will begin when your Pre-order Bonus Code is redeemed (Windows®/Mac/Steam), or when your Pre-order is completed (PlayStation®4/PlayStation®5/XBOX Series X|S/Nintendo Switch 2). Early Access will begin 4 days ahead of the official launch, and Evercold will be downloaded automatically once Early Access starts.
If you do not receive your items immediately after entering the code, please wait up to 48 hours before contacting support here.
