The following Pre-order Bonus Items are available immediately upon completing your pre-order:
- Wind-up Köttr Minion
- Halone’s Earrings (including 30% EXP bonus up to level 100)
- Early Access to Evercold
*The Earrings grant a 30% increase in EXP gained by defeating enemies when worn. Equippable only by Disciples of War or Magic classes and jobs.
Bonus items are sent to all characters, existing and new, on the Service Account to which the Pre-order Code is registered.
Please note that the Pre-order Bonus Items will be delivered sequentially in-game to users via the Moogle Delivery Service. The timing of this will begin when your Pre-order Bonus Code is redeemed (Windows®/Mac/Steam), or when your Pre-order is completed (PlayStation®5/PlayStation®4/XBOX Series X|S/Nintendo Switch 2). Early Access will begin 4 days ahead of the official launch, and Evercold will be downloaded automatically once Early Access starts.
If you do not receive your items immediately after entering the code, please wait up to 48 hours before contacting support here, where further troubleshooting is available.
