If your order has been shipped but you cannot see any progress on the tracking link, it is possible that delays have occurred during the transportation process. Unfortunately, potential delays are outside of our control. If there has been no progress for a few days, please contact the courier for an update.
If your order has been marked as delivered on the courier's website but you have still not received it, please check the recipient's name or delivery address on the tracking link as it is possible that your parcel was left at a nearby collection point or with a neighbour. We would also advise you to check with those you live with as there is a chance they accepted the parcel on your behalf.
