If your order has been processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used for the order. If you placed the order while logged into your Square Enix Members account, you will also be able to see the order in the Orders section of your account.
You can access this section by clicking on your username in the top right-hand corner of any Store page and selecting Orders from the drop-down menu.
