You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing the order or, if you placed the order whilst logged into your Square Enix Members account, in the Orders section of your account.
You can access this section by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of any store page and selecting Orders from the drop-down menu.
If you placed the order as a guest, you will only be able to see your order details in the confirmation email. If you have misplaced this, please contact us by clicking the CONTACT US button in the top right-hand corner of this page.
