To change a registered shipping address, please log into your Square Enix Members account, select your name in the top right-hand corner of the page and click Addresses in the drop-down menu. Then, click on the Edit button next to the address you would like to change.
Changing your shipping address this way will not affect pre-orders/orders that you have already placed.
If you would like to change the shipping address of a pre-order/order that you have already placed, or if you placed the order as a guest, please contact us by clicking the CONTACT US button in the top right-hand corner of this page. Please provide the full address currently on the order, the full address you would like to change it to and your order number. If you placed the order as a guest, please make sure that you provide the email address used to place the order should it differ from the email address you use to contact us.
Please note, we are unable to change the shipping address of an order that is being prepared or in transit to you. We are also unable to change the delivery country on an order, regardless of the order status.
